EXECUTIVE PROGRAM ADVISORY

As a seasoned professional in program development, I specialize in crafting dynamic youth enrichment programs centered around the arts and music. My expertise spans proposal writing, curriculum design, creative direction, and staffing guidelines. Over the past two decades, I've been sought after by Non-Profits, Entertainers, Business Owners, Artists, and CEOs, all aiming to integrate a socially impactful model into their organizational fabric.

With 20 years of experience in after-school programming and instruction, coupled with 15 years of successfully running my own programs within schools, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. My track record includes forging strategic partnerships with prominent entities such as record labels, health organizations, and arts institutions. Notable collaborations include T.Rowe Price Foundation, Behavioral Health System Baltimore, Beats Not Bullets, Lifebridge Health, and Music Therapy NYC, among others.

My overarching mission is to pioneer technology that forms an ecosystem fostering education and creativity for people of all ages. I aspire to bridge the gap between the world and young minds, establishing sustainable, socially impactful pathways in the creative industries. By hiring my team and I, companies can tap into our expertise to design programs aligned with their mission.

Beyond business objectives, I am committed to addressing the needs of black and brown children on a global scale. My dedication extends to creating opportunities domestically and internationally, with a keen focus on the Latin and African Diaspora. While my heart lies in music production, I've discovered a unique niche that allows me to produce tangible results in community-driven initiatives through the transformative power of the arts.
